I brought my Porsche Cayenne in for an oil leak after being told by several places that they couldn’t do the job. This shop was the only one confident and capable enough to take it on. Their knowledge and experience with high-end vehicles really showed. They diagnosed the problem accurately, explained the repair clearly, and completed the work professionally. The pricing was fair, there were no surprises, and my Cayenne is now running perfectly with no leaks. I’m extremely impressed and grateful—there’s truly nowhere else that could have done this job. Highly recommend!

If you want your car done right definitely go to Mike’s auto repair! Someone hit my car in the mall’s parking lot, called Mike right away and got it fixed in less than 2 weeks new light, paint job etc.. fully covered by insurance.. no extra fees on my end. I only had to provide the information and Marian took it from there, no stress. Fixed liked brand new! The customer service on point! Also got me an oil change, one call and it all happened right away. Me and my brother found this shop when it was on farmers blvd, got the best service since then and will continue to go here for any car repair/maintenance . Appreciate mikes auto!

There is nothing related to cats that Mike can’t handle! I purchased a used vehicle over 5 years ago with the intention of keeping it only two years. I found Mike and 6 years later my car runs as good as the day I purchased it! Mike is honest, reasonable and handles anything auto related. I send everyone to Mike’s. They are an incredible family owned business providing professional service like a high end dealership. The family knows the auto business inside and out. I trust them with my car, and they respond immediately. There is nothing like being able to trust your mechanic, whatever your car needs, Mike’s will handle it! 10 stars. Period.

I decided to find a new mechanic and found great reviews on Mikes place. I went in for my tire pressure light,dead sensors, and my car inspection. Mike advised me what would be best for my Cadillac and he was able to get the parts and fix my car quickly before I took it upstate! This is a family business and my experience with everything was nothing but great. I told Mike I’d be a returning customer!

I went to Mike’s because my Jeep GC Limited heat was blowing cold air. Turns out my radiator was leaking fluids. Mike was able to obtain the parts within a timely fashion and get me back on the road within days. For all your mechanical needs, stop at Mike’s. Or swing by for a car wash. I had my Jeep ceramic coated. Love love loved it.

I went to 3 places to get a wheel Alignment with my Bmw and the shops still couldn't get the wheel straight till I was recommended to Mike the owner of Mikes auto repair. He did a Wheel Alignment and my steering was perfect after that. At the same time I got my Ny s Inspection done . The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the office is clean and makes you feel comfortable. Im happy Mikes Auto opened in the hempstead community.
